Notes from BALANCE Meghan ordered this new saddle based on her experience of trying someone else's saddle, and not as the result of having a Consultation with one of the BALANCE saddling TEAM. We hope that the saddle will find another good home soon, where it can do its job. This XX width is the widest version of the Nexus Dressage Tree. It is worth noting that Frank Baines Saddlery is taking up to 7 months to build new BALANCE saddles at the moment, and the price of a new Nexus Dressage is now £2,990 plus shipping and US Import Tax.
The Nexus has a slightly deeper seat and a narrower twist than other BALANCE models. Purchased new from BALANCE in October 2022 and ridden in 3 times for a few minutes each – The saddle is incredibly comfortable for me but does not fit my mare.

Hanging “e” stirrup bar to minimises bulk under the rider's thighs. Single straps, loop-style stirrup leathers fit best on this type of bar and BALANCE recommends the use of some form of safety irons with this and any form of hook-bar.
