Carol Brett at BALANCE, recommended a saddle and the Remedial Programme to help us get started. I haven’t had a single problem with Lachlan’s back again. He’s pain-free, light in the hand, happy to be saddled, and has returned to his happy willing self!  He looks and feels fantastic!

The BALANCE "wholeistic" approach is beyond description, that resource I so desperately needed.

It was VERY worthwhile (to attend the BALANCE Saddling Seminar).  I feel under-educated in the subject of saddle fit, and I think the industry needs to do a bunch more research on the issue so that we can become educated on the subject.

I had always dreamed of this kind of a saddle fitting. I wasn't  at all sure it existed.   Finding the right  saddle is so EXTREMELY important  -  and I have found a company that REALLY knows that.

 Wir beendeten unser erstes "Balance-Jahr" mit einem erfolgreichen Ergebnis bei unserem CEI1* (100km), einem internationalen Distanzritt. Im Jahr 2014 haben wir unseren ersten 2*-Ritte (120km) absolviert und im Herbst, als Saisonhöhepunkt, die Schweizer Meisterschaft in Weissenhorn über 120km gewonnen. It has been almost a year since I received my Zenith Saddle and I cannot tell you how happy I am with it. I went through 10 saddles trying to find the right one. He would rear as I was saddling him or move away from me.

Now he happily munches  his hay as I saddle him. He has had no more issues under saddle except for his lack of strength but I see that improving all the time. I wish I had discovered this 10 years ago.

I can’t tell you how much I love my Zenith!!!  I went through 10 saddles in 6 years for my horse before I got my Zenith. Two were “custom” made for him. What a joke. I am on my 5th year with my Zenith and it is still perfect!!!  I cringe now when I see these very deep Dressage saddles with the huge thigh blocks. People ask me how I can ride in my Zenith with no thigh blocks and no deep seat. I say well now my horse is balanced and I don’t have to depend on the saddle to hold me. ☺️

I received my bit and I am thrilled with it!! It is for my mare, who has competed through Prix St. George but has been very hard to find a bit for. She has sharp bars, and despite every effort on my part, she has often had small bruises on the edges of her tongue.  I ride many horses and she is the only one this has happened to. I have been at a loss for what to change and how to make her comfortable. I was looking for a fairly thick bit that would be very stable in the mouth. The (BALANCE) Fulmer fits the bill and is working beautifully. It is really well designed and nicely made.
