This News Item is here to give you up-to-date information on our office opening hours as well as any enforced disruption/closure due to the Corona Virus.

Its hard to imagine that we are heading towards a full year since the office had to close to normal routine and business, due to Covid 19 lockdowns and restrictions. ☹

In order to keep the business going, we had to make use of the governments 'Business Retention Scheme'

This meant that we have been able to get some  some help with part payment of normal salaries.   For a lot of 2020, Teressa or Lesley were not allowed to do any normal work for BALANCE at all!  It did however, make it possible for us to move out of out old offices and relocate without the usual disruption.

Having done that during the summer, we were able to start doing a few hours of work and allow people to start ordering again, although the manufacturers were struggling to make products!

We temporarly suspended ordering again over Christmas and New Year to avoid the disruption of Brexit, but have re-opened the online shop now and are able to accept and process saddle orders.

There is no way to describe the working week as normal yet.  Teressa and Lesley are still only able to work for a few hours on certain days, but we hope that as the year opens up into Spring and Summer, life will start to get back to something closer to normal. 🤞

We are very sorry for any inconvenience that any one has had because of the changes in the way we have to work.

Don't forget that some of the BALANCE Team (Saddling Consultants and Test Ride Facilitators) carry some spare pad stock, so if you urgently need something, please use the contact details for the individual people from this area of the website.

If you have any questions about using your BALANCE saddle and pad system, don't forget to make use of the Saddling Users Manual that gets sent out to all owners of new BALANCE saddles and the ever-growing FAQ area of the site.

If you don't have a copy of the Manual, or can't find it, there is a copy of it on the site that you can look at and download.
